In a call to our 24h SERVICE phone number 00800 40204020 available throughout Europe, your OMNIplus ServiceCard data, the exact location of your breakdown and other information about the bus type and tyre size will be noted. At your request we will forward the recorded data to an ADAC TruckService control centre. A specially trained tyre service expert is notified immediately and arrives at your vehicle briefly thereafter. These specialists come with extensive tyre expertise, state-of-the-art special tools and professionalism that ranges from securing the breakdown location to perfect fitting and, finally, proper disposal of your old tyres. If the tyre damage resulted in damage to the vehicle, an OMNIplus service point will be activated via the 24h SERVICE hotline.
